Home Suite Hope is a wraparound service that helps homeless or precariously housed single parent families in the Halton Region move to self-sufficiency. Through a four year program that provides a housing subsidy, a two year college diploma, intensive case management, life skills training, mentorship, professional development and employment supports, single parents are given the opportunity to build their skills and break the ties of generational poverty once and for all.
