Recipe's Women in the Workplace ERG Community Care Kits in support of NYWS.
NYWS is an anti-violence centre and shelter in the North York area of Toronto that empowers women, non-binary, and trans folks to move forward into a life free from violence.
For over 38 years, NYWS has provided safety and support for over 11,000 women, trans, and non-binary individuals, and their children impacted by violence. It takes a community. Join us and take action to end violence.
Recipe's Women in the Workplace ERG
With the holidays fast approaching the Women in the Workplace Employee Resource Group is gearing up to give back!
In support of the North York Women’s Shelter our Women's ERG will be putting together custom kits through Kits for a Cause to help the women and children who use the shelter as a safe haven. These kits are customized to include everything from clothing and toys to baby supplies and toiletries.
How Can You Help?
You can donate items to the kits that the ERG will be packing by visiting the shelter's wish list here. Monetary donations are also welcome.
*All donations will receive a tax receipt from Unity Values Foundation.
