When you donate, an item gets shipped directly to a charity helping individuals stay warm as the weather get colder

At Robert Marsiglio Realty Group,  we have the amazing opportunity to help people achieve their real estate goals. Whether they are renting out their first place by themselves or downsizing from their family home to something more suited for retirement, every transaction has a story behind it and a major impact to the people involved. We wanted to take that impact a step further and start giving back to people in need.

In order to make the biggest impact possible, we have partnered with Kits for a Cause and the Unity Values Foundation! For every transaction we close until the end of 2021, we are committed to providing two Winter Warmth Kits to Yellow Brick House. This will ensure that mothers and their children have all the necessary supplies once the cold weather hits. We will also give our clients the opportunity to DOUBLE our impact.

All product prices include shipping and applicable taxes. Once a donation is made for a specific item the Unity Values Foundation will work with Kits for a Cause and their procurement partners to ship the item directly to a charity. Tax receipts will be provided by the Unity Values Foundation.     Payments and Receipts are processed by the Unity Values Foundation. The Unity Values Foundation does not take a percentage of the donation, all funds donated are used for procurement of the donated item. Cash donations will be subject to a standard 2.9% credit card processing fee by the credit card processor.
